Submerged arc furnace Introduction 

Submerged arc furance also known as resistance electric furnace, It is mainly used to reduce 

smelting ore, carbonaceous reducing agent and solvent etc. Mainly adapt to production of ferrosilicon. 

ferromanganese, ferrochrome,ferrotungsten, silicon manganese alloy and other derrous alloys. 

Full set of equipment consist of furnace shell, fume hoods, lining, short net, 

cooling system, exhaust system,de-dusting system,electrode shell.electrode lifting system. 

loading and unloading system, electrode holder, arc burner, hydraulic system,

submerged arc furnace transformer and various of electrical equipment. 

Furnace introduction 

Submerged arc furnace is also known as electric arc furnace or resistance furnace. 

it is mainly used for ther reduction of smelting ores, carbon reductrants and solvents

etc. It is mainly for prduction of ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochromiu,tungsten iron,
